By habit the first newspaper I read on line is the Stabroek News, not because they are anti-government, but because their Internet website is by far more professional and easier to navigate than the Chronicle and Kaieteur news websites. Their news stories are also better written even though they might be one sided and focused on the negatives in Guyana.
One would think the Government controlled Chronicle news would be top notch and professionally done considering the resources and Government advert money at their disposal. But that is just a testament to the ineptness of the PPP Government, these folks don't event have the time to update the airport website and the tourism website, both of which fall under the Government's jurisdiction, yet they claim they are promoting tourism and investment. What is also very annoying with the Chronicle is their lack of creativity in coming up with proper names for their phantom letter writers. Here are a few suggestions - Pulmatie Ragubeer, Ramgopal Reddy, Bridgemohan Parboolaall and Polourie Bin Alchutney these would be more fitting than Sean Adams and all the other western sounding names.
The only Government website which appears to be done somewhat professionally is their GINA propaganda website based on their communist training. Its a pity more children in Guyana don't have electricity, computers, Internet connection and the ability to read their propaganda.
The Stabroek News is an easy read, it is updated in a timely manner and old articles are easy to find in their archives. On the other hand Chronicle is a mess to navigate, articles get lost and cannot be linked to after the news becomes old. The Kaieteur News appears to be an experiment by some high school students who like to drink a lot of rum and beer in the absence of good clean tap water.
Read the Media Critic Blog and you will get a feel for what is going on behind the scenes in the Guyana Media, it is a pity the person running this blog doesn't write for a newspaper in Guyana because that person would make a good investigative journalist.

....IS Sean Adams for Real?
I hereby decree (as per a few suggestions for "Indian Names") that African Guyanese may NOT be named in Anglacize.
That African Guyanese may only have names that are AFRICAN sounding and not christian sounding names.
DO YOU even understand the intricacies of WHY some says that Sean Adams is a Ghost Writter?
Think about it!
The first person to say Sean Adams was a "Ghost Writter for the PPP/C" was Robert Corbin.
THAT MEANS that they, the PNCR, must of "looked" for Sean Adams in Guyana.
WHY does a political party want to find someone who criticises what they say/do?
